feature request: test_runner: add a flag to force tty-off output

**what**

tty device changes the output format and makes it inconistent across CI, tesrminal launches, dap consoles (aka terminals) and build jobs.
It makes testing results diagnostics complicated

**solution**

add a flag to a runner `--disable-progress` which is available to tty devices and and outputs data like it doesn't

change is minimal and doesn't require whole lot, Im up to implement it
