Still can't build hello world because LLVM didn't implement fp_to_fp16.

LLVM ERROR: Cannot select: t68: i64 = fp_to_fp16 t2
  t2: f32,ch = CopyFromReg t0, Register:f32 %11
    t1: f32 = Register %11
In function: __fixhfsi
