Update diagnostics to fix CI

This also changes quirk_id to exposes_features in Tuya valve quirk, fixing CI.

• Rename quirk_id to exposes_features + allow multiple features #575 should have been rebased again after Move Metering cluster formatting out of cluster handler and into sensor entity #565 was merged, as that included new diagnostics. 😅
