Fixed

  • Project-local content/ no longer shadows scaffold's bundled pipeline. The content resolvers (getPackagePipelineDir, getPackageMethodologyDir, and siblings) previously treated any project containing a content/pipeline/ or content/methodology/ directory as a scaffold content source. A downstream project that legitimately has such a directory — e.g. a scaffold-like CLI tool whose project-structure step generates content/methodology/ — would silently shadow the installed pipeline, collapsing the resolved graph. The project-local override is now gated on the project actually being scaffold itself (package.json name @zigrivers/scaffold), so installed runs always use the bundled content. This fixes the symptom where scaffold status reported a misleading "100% complete" and scaffold check <step> returned DEP_TARGET_MISSING for steps that are part of the methodology.
  • scaffold status no longer reports a misleading "100% complete" when no pipeline content resolves. If zero pipeline meta-prompts are discovered (broken install, or the shadowing above), status now emits a prominent warning and renders progress as unavailable (pipeline content not resolved) instead of a percentage. JSON output gains a pipelineContentResolved boolean so machine consumers won't treat percentage: 100 as done.
