Add doc-all-features input to cargo-checkmate CI cargo-checkmate is opinionated and offers no way to pass --all-features to cargo doc. This adds an opt-in input so callers that need --all-features for intra-doc links can bypass cargo-checkmate for the doc phase while leaving all other phases unchanged. The relative path ./.github/actions/cargo-checkmate resolves to the caller's repo, not infrastructure's, when invoked as a reusable workflow from another repo. Use an absolute reference pinned to a SHA. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
