Animals Reacting (and fn keys not all working)

Slimes have been yelling at me to not pee on the floor, and my cat has told me I should probably change my pants. Anyone else experiencing this and are there plans to make that not happen?

I'm on Windows 11 and using Vortex to manage mods, and most everything is functional except for my ability to use the F7 and F8 keys even using fn to make sure they're not just turning up the volume or unmuting my mic. idk, the others work just fine. If there is a file I can open to change the inputs to something else do let me know.

Overall, it's not super important since almost everything seems to work fine, and the animals don't seem to actually be tangibly affected by the -24 friendship, but the latter can be a nuisance when normally an animal would not tell me verbally to use a toilet.

Edit: ok so it also seems that what should be my care package from Jodi contains nothing. I get a letter but nothing's inside.
