ZIRA v1.9.15 (mainnet build)

What changed

• Earning now requires mining to be ON. With mining off, a node earns nothing: it does not answer
  the coordinator liveness check, does not submit a heartbeat, and is not storage-vouched. Storage is
  a bonus on top of mining, never a way to earn while mining is off.
• Mine page simplified: removed the per-user "How this machine serves the field" endpoint editor to
  keep the coordination-first flow clear.
• Carries v1.9.14 economics (77/8/10/5 coordination split) and v1.9.13 (wallet = your node's mining
  wallet; storage optional).

Upgrading: uninstall the previous app first, then install this one; the footer should read v1.9.15.
