This commit adds the following changes: - Remove Python version check now that Open3D supports Python 3.12 - Add missing pandas dependency for HandEyeGUI Warmup - Add sample showing safe use of Zivid.Application with a context manager - Remove context manager usage in other samples per updated SDK guidelines
