您可以从hugginface.co上下载模型文件（包括config.json, generation_config.json, pytorch_model.bin, tokenizer.json, spiece.model）到本地，并修改yaml文件中model_name_or_path为本地模型路径；或者是直接将yaml文件中model_name_or_path修改为t5-base，将会自动下载模型文件（不稳定）。
