This is the major release of Tachi.

Removed MongoDB and migrated the whole site to postgresql
Entire server API rewritten in a new framework called bliss (adapted from Zenith)
Server now runs on bun, not nodejs
Frontend folders+tables are completely redone
games are now just a standalone strong, not GPT/UGPT nonsense.
Loads more stuff.

There are basically no user-visible changes to this version of Tachi. thanks for your continued support.

I never want to go through crunch or a death march again. Sorry.
