localNotification not show on lockscreen notification list

Question

Its show at Status bar when device is already opened. but not showing on list of notification at lockscreen. Am I miss something ?

I've got something on application settings, Thats need activated notification on locked screen on Android 10.

Can I set notification on lockscreen automaticcaly activated when installing application?

still doesnt work. Are you have other solution to making notification automatically is show on locked devices list? or needed asking permission when first runing app? any solution please.

I already doing edit RNPushNotificationHelper.java by adding

channel.setLockscreenVisibility(Notification.VISIBILITY_PUBLIC); on checkOrCreateChannel function
