dsh-evolve is now a DeepSeek Harness plugin: agents call evolve_learn (failure log → rules) and evolve_apply (verified rules → profile AGENTS.md, backup + refusal of unverified installs) inside the session. 4/4 plugin tests + packed runtime smoke. Install: dsh plugin --profile web add github:zoahdev/dsh-evolve#path:/plugin
