ipconfig

this is ipconfig built int script based on os type

1. Open the ipconfig package
2. Run the setup.py in the terminal
3. Import the ipconfig module
4. Call the ipconfig module function inside the module
5. It will display the ip address and other network related parameters based on the os type
6. Simple script only my first attempt
