xcode-select --installInstall gcc c++ compiler
Install Visual Studio (Community is ok)
mkdir build
cd build
cmake -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release ..
makeUse CMake GUI and select zono_cpp directory as source, generate Visual Studio Projects
Install the release stata package using the README at the respository.
Copy just built zonostata2.plugin and zonostata3.plugin in ado plus directory: ~/ado/plus/z on Unix, c:\ado\plus\z on Windows.
