Add Laposta Form Action documentation

Documents the Laposta email marketing integration for the Forms addon (v3.0-beta), covering the two available operations and their configuration settings.

Changes

• actions/laposta.md – New doc page with Subscribe Member (create/update with email, list, custom fields) and Delete Member operations, consistent with sibling marketing action pages (Brevo, MailerLite, Mailchimp)
• assets/brands/laposta.svg – Brand icon following the same fill="#444" monochrome style used across all brand SVGs
• _sidebars/forms.json – Laposta entry added to the Marketing section in alphabetical order (Brevo → Laposta → Mailchimp)
