Remove entry for developer.zooniverse.org, which is currently deprecated and not used. This entry was pointing to readthedocs, but the docs had already moved to GH Pages hosting solution -- see https://zooniverse.github.io/ and https://github.com/zooniverse/zooniverse.github.io
