JEMALLOC_VERSION is commented out here, so changing it likely won’t affect what gets built; later in this file ZOPEN_STABLE_TAG is still set to 5.3.0, which would keep the STABLE build pinned to the old release. Should ZOPEN_STABLE_TAG be bumped to 5.3.1 as part of this version update?
