- releasemetadata and releaseMetadata were used interchangeably (see https://github.com/ZOSOpenTools/meta/compare/fix_install?expand=1#diff-bf118c6f30b5fba6263906dd6706b8eea8ab81affa276d16d87d1ad978a5a0d9R109)
- This caused .releaseline to be empty, as well as a potentially a whole whack of other bugs.
