I was thinking more along the lines of using it for testimonials and if permitted, adding them to our success stories page: https://zosopentools.github.io/meta/#/SuccessStories.

I should elaborate though and provide discussions/issues as other options

There should be a generic path for feedback and (imho) the Discussion area fits that bill. Perhaps it needs to be renamed to Discussions/Feedback?
