chore: Minor improvements of Infinispan (v2)

Description

This PR changes behaviour of keyexchange server:

• partial cherry-pick of chore: Complex start up check #4463: using same system property as v3 (to avoid clashing using the standard one)
• allows to define socket timeout
• print exception during creating sockets (and decorates the main exception to contain a root cause)
• change secret_key_algorithm from RSA to AES (to was changed at runtime automatically)
• remove range of keyexchange port
