long-term knowledge source of truth.

- Development: Rust-Rollout-Plan, G0-Interface-Contracts,
Terminal-PTY-Selection, V15-Workbench-Deepening
- Research: Hermes, Orca, VS Code workspace, self-model relationship,
Hermes Holographic memory, agent memory architectures, Orca reuse
audit, herdr runtime parity (from docs/research/)
- Validation: V12 baselines/final, V13 Python retirement, F01-F04,
