docs: remove retired naming from all Wiki pages (#99)
Rewrite ADRs, acceptance docs, and migration contracts per #95 rules;
point G0 migration details at foundation/legacy.rs without spelling old
identifiers. Provenance links use commit URLs only.

- Mirror the v0.3.3 notes (update auto-restart via S3 live handoff).
- Current status: npm/tag 0.3.3; release notes maintained here, no
longer in repo docs/releases/.
- Roadmap: refresh the release-line bullet; add the 2026-10-06 patch
set to Completed.
