docs: remove retired naming from all Wiki pages (#99)
Rewrite ADRs, acceptance docs, and migration contracts per #95 rules;
point G0 migration details at foundation/legacy.rs without spelling old
identifiers. Provenance links use commit URLs only.

Establish the GitHub Wiki as Viva's canonical documentation and
long-term knowledge source of truth.
- Product: Vision, Customer-Zero, Product-Model, User-Stories,
Workflows, First-Usable-Version, Phase-1-Scope (from docs/product/)
- Architecture: Conceptual-Architecture, Domain-Model, Temporal-Model,
Transition-Record (from docs/architecture/)
- Decisions: ADR-0001..0012 (from docs/decisions/) + status index
- Development: Rust-Rollout-Plan, G0-Interface-Contracts,
Terminal-PTY-Selection, V15-Workbench-Deepening
- Research: Hermes, Orca, VS Code workspace, self-model relationship,
Hermes Holographic memory, agent memory architectures, Orca reuse
audit, herdr runtime parity (from docs/research/)
- Validation: V12 baselines/final, V13 Python retirement, F01-F04,
CLI update (from docs/validation/; raw evidence JSONs stay in repo)
- History: Goal-Drift-Log (from logs/), Technology-Selection-Archive,
Start-Prompt-Track index, Releases (v0.2.1 + v0.3.0)
- New: Home (canonical-docs entry + knowledge map), Roadmap (derived
from PR #64 proposal + release/issue records), Open-Questions,

Every migrated page carries a provenance header naming its origin
path and commit (871a00a); internal links rewritten to wiki pages;
repo raw assets referenced via GitHub URLs.
