Scope is Product-Evolution.md and the Home.md index only; the existing memoir and application repository remain unchanged. Validation: reviewed the complete eight-chapter narrative and editorial appendix; verified 35 unique evidence targets through GitHub API; checked internal Wiki link targets, sensitive-pattern scans, original-memoir preservation, exact staged paths, and git diff --check. Wiki has no application test suite or PR CI gate; make verify was not run.
