- Add new files and modify existing files in `prompts` directory - Clarify bullet point summary guidelines and print commit labels in `prompts/conventional_commit.tera`

- Update and clarify `chore` and `docs`label descriptions in prompts. - Remove a section of chat prompt in `get_chat_completions` method in `src/llms/openai.rs`. - Update dependencies `async-openai` and `async-trait` in `Cargo.toml`.
