Add 8bitdo ultimate controller udev rules (Has some wonkiness to it, but it works fine ingame, confirmed with V1.3 stable firmware)

Known issues

If you have issues opening the steam menu or the quick settings with a controller, then
open/close the onscreen keyboard once (Home key + X/Square), after that it should work for a while (this is a Valve issue)

EmuDeck will download, but you have to start/configure it after system installation on the desktop
The executable is saved under /home/*youruser*/Applications/EmuDeck.AppImage

Nvidia Users: Don't activate mangohud (the performance overlay), you will get a black screen
