Add LICENSE to module, include in MANIFEST?

Hey-lo,

I'm building a version of versiontools using conda for conda-forge. When possible, we try to include a hard link to the license file in the meta.yaml specification, but doing so requires both:

• a license file be included in the package
• that license be indexed in the manifest.

Would you consider adding a copy of the license to the bundle and putting it in the manifest?
