This section contains some technical details that could be useful for developers looking to work with the QuPath source code.
Note that this situation is changing somewhat. A fairly major update is planned in relatively near future to (among other things) support Java 10/11 and provide more accessible javadocs.
There is some more information on Pete's blog.
