Project updates:
- Johanna gave a short update about project finances.
- Johanna gave an update about the ongoing exploration of lowering overhead rates.
Subproject updates:

Training (Fatema)
- The training project created docker images that will be used for training exercises; these images will be published in the near-term future.
- Rough draft of the Zeek approved training framework will be in a state where the full LT can review it soon. Training exercises will also be done end of August.
- The LT reviewed possible logos that could be used for training material that goes through the Zeek approved training framework.

Testing (Aashish)
- Everything on track for the Zeek 4.1.0 release, which will take place by the time these minutes are published.
Zeek Week
- Amber gave a short update to the LT about sponsorships.
- We pushed the submission deadline for Zeek Week out a bit and published an updated CFP. The new submission deadline is August 25th and we are allowing for remote presentations – you do not have to travel to Austin to present.
- Keith gave an update on the state of keynote speakers.
Defining Community Membership
- The LT continued its discussion on structures that allow for good community participation and feedback, but has not yet finalized a decision. We will continue the discussion in the future.
