Clear the directory review warnings on untyped Node.js modules (1.0.3)

The community directory review type-checks the code without installing
devDependencies, so without @types/node every use of fs, path, os and
process was reported as unsafe. @types/node is now a regular dependency
(type declarations only, nothing reaches main.js), and npm run lint runs
the type-aware rules the review reports. The panel's onClose no longer
uses async without await.

The README explains the "Direct filesystem access" and "Shell execution"
labels: the plugin starts only git, xcode-select -p on macOS and, as a
fallback, the login shell to find git.
