2.0.0 - Bootstrap 5 migration

• Upgraded Bootstrap from version 4.3.1 to 5.3.8
• Replaced the legacy Argon Design System with a lightweight and similar-looking custom implementation based on standard Bootstrap variables
• Migrated the build system to Vite and removed committed external dependencies for a cleaner repository
• Refactored SCSS to eliminate deprecated functions
• Bundled fonts locally to remove the Google Fonts CDN dependency
• Added SVGs for silhouettes and the Webtrees logo
• Reduced overrides of Webtrees views to minimize conflicts
• Fixed various previously unstyled elements

This update brings many internal changes, so it is possible that some style issues may appear, which will be corrected in future updates.
