HMCT v2.0.0

I was gonna do a prerelease, but whatever.

Finally HMCT v2.0 releases!

With new features such as:

• GUI
• Other stuff, idk it's been over a year since the last full release

Prerequisites

• Latest Python version (3.13.1)

How to install:

• Go to the Assets drop-down below this
• Download the Source code
• Extract to where you want the tool to be
• Open a command line and move to the directory of the tool
• Run the command "pip install -r requirements.txt"
• Run hmct.py and enjoy!
