Automates the creation of vtf and vmt files from TGA images
(This application only works on Windows)

User guide

1. Install Python 3
2. Run the app
3. Add sequences and sprites
4. Drag the sequences/sprites around to change their order
5. Click the big green button
6. If prompted, select your "steamapps/common/Team Fortress 2" directory
7. Enjoy!

Advanced usage

• You can drag and drop tga files onto the application file to automatically make sequences.
• Use a "-" in the filename to denote a sequence (sorted alphabetically)
