Toy2Debug v0.1

First release of Toy2Debug tool. Features are listed in the README. Enjoy

To use:

Put the toy2debug.exe anywhere on your computer, it does not have to be in the game folder.
Launch the application.
Click Change Path and set it to your toy story 2 install folder.
Select your desired options and press Launch.
