Wire Pulse for Android 2.0.0

• Pro licenses now use the new 0d license server. Wire Pulse moves your Pro license there by itself the next time it is online: you do not need to enter your key again.
• The License screen lists the devices that use your license.
• Keys bought on 0d.ae need Wire Pulse 2.0 or later: update Wire Pulse on your other devices too before you enter such a key there.
