• Windows dashboard startup fixed for relative database filenames.
• Baseline Linux x64 binaries for CPUs without AVX2.
• Native release checks for embedded dashboard assets, authenticated settings writes, onboarding persistence, and plugin execution without an external Node/Bun runtime.
