Hero Die color fixes:

• The bonus die now uses its own Dice So Nice colorsets (chrome material, no texture, standard dice model), so the roller's own colorset no longer bleeds through.
• Polished gold with white numbers, chrome silver with blue numbers, or custom die and number colors.
• The Edit Tiers button now sits next to the Scale by Level checkbox.

• Pass the Torch: give a Hero Point to an ally from the Token HUD or a macro. Needs a GM online.
