This marks the first official, stable public release of the Auto Forwarder Plugin for exteraGram!
This powerful plugin gives you full control to automatically forward or copy messages from any chat—users, groups, or channels—to another destination. It's designed to be highly configurable, reliable, and easy to use.

✨ Key Features

  • Two Forwarding Modes: Choose between Copy Mode (sends a new message that looks like it's from you, preserving all formatting) or standard Forward Mode.
  • Advanced Content Filtering: For each rule, you can select exactly which types of content to forward (Text, Photos, Videos, Documents, Stickers, etc.).
  • Full Formatting Preservation: In Copy Mode, all rich text formatting is kept intact, including bold, italic, monospace, strikethrough, ||spoilers||, and hyperlinks.
  • Intelligent Buffering:
    • Album Handling: Automatically waits to collect all photos/videos in an album before sending them together.
    • Media Deferral: Includes a safety net for large or slow-to-download media, ensuring files are forwarded reliably.
  • Anti-Spam Firewall: A built-in rate-limiter that prevents a single user from flooding your destination chat with forwards.
  • Flexible Destination Setup: Set your destination using a chat ID, @username, or even a private invite link.

⚙️ How to Install

  • Download the auto_forwarder.py file from the Assets section below.
  • Using your device's file manager, rename the file extension from .py to .plugin.
  • Send the .plugin file to yourself in Telegram (e.g., in your "Saved Messages").
  • Tap on the file you just sent and choose INSTALL.
