Note: WIT TOU schedule entities are new and untested on hardware. Please report any write failures or unexpected inverter behaviour on issue #331.

Improvements

  • WIT TOU period start/end times use proper HA time pickers: Start and end time entities for TOU periods 1–10 are now TimeEntity instances showing a native HH:MM time picker, replacing the previous number inputs that required entering minutes since midnight (e.g. 480 for 08:00). Existing v0.9.6 number entities are automatically removed from the entity registry on upgrade.

Upgrade notes

Users upgrading from v0.9.6 will see the TOU Period N Start and TOU Period N End number entities replaced by time picker entities. Previously entered values will reset to Unknown (the registers on the inverter are unchanged — only the HA entity type changes). Set your schedules again using the new time pickers after upgrading.
