Release 1.0 (the hugo version)

This is the first and last major release for the hugo version of this tool.

While it works well and has been in use for quite a while, it as once central flaw: (Ab)using the hugo blogging framework for this is very resource intensive for mirroring large repositories like bitcoin/bitcoin. Hugo loads all backup data into RAM during build, which causes it to consume more than e.g. the default GH CI has. This means, we are not able to build the mirror on lower end systems.

While the "hugo" version might receive fixes in the future, I don't plan on adding new features to this branch anymore. The hugo setup is a bit convoluted and hacky. The hugo version will be developed in the 1.x branch.

Going forward, this repostiory is going to have a Python version (ported with the help of Claude Opus) which has the same look, feel, and features as the Hugo version. This will be in the master branch.
