Added scoped scretches support with project dir feature. One can now specify wether to use the global scretch dir, or the current working directory. Works for scretch files and templates, and can be overriden temporarily.

BREAKING CHANGE:

  • default scretch dir is now in vim.fn.stdpath('data') instead of vim.fn.stdpath('config'). Consider migrating your files to this location, or specifying your old location as scretch_dir in your config.
