What It Does

Incrementally builds and maintains a structured, interlinked knowledge base from your codebase documentation and git commit history — compiled once, kept current, never re-derived.

Three-Layer Architecture

• Layer 1: Raw Sources — git log, source files, configs (immutable)
• Layer 2: The Wiki — .codebase-wiki/ directory of LLM-owned markdown pages
• Layer 3: Schema — .codebase-wiki/SCHEMA.md — the constitution for operations

Operations

• Ingest — read commits/files → create/update wiki pages → update INDEX → log it
• Query — search wiki pages → synthesize answers → file good answers back
• Lint — detect contradictions, orphans, stale pages, broken links, missing concepts
