What's fixed

  • In-app updater now works end-to-end on Windows — Fixed UAC elevation (uses ShellExecuteW with runas instead of CreateProcess), and fixed version stamping in release builds so the app correctly reports its version after update.
  • Installer now closes running KeyLint before upgrading — no more "file in use" retry loops.
  • Installer launches KeyLint automatically after install — checkbox on the finish page, checked by default.
