Added error handling around process exit events with the drawback of not receiving real-time process exit events in the listview. Please use the refresh-button if you are unsure whether the process still exists or not.

At least prevents application crashes on startup

Improved detection of process exit events, preventing the user from adding an already exited application to the switcher selection.
Exited processes are now also visualized in the list to further prevent usage issues.

Also fixed switching issues: If a process exits, it will now be correctly ignored and the next non-exited process available will be selected to be switched to.
