Sally v1.0.3

This release includes a partial fix for Unicode file operation issues tracked in #38.

Highlights

• Improved Unicode copy-name generation and collision handling.
• Added safer ANSI fallback detection to avoid lossy rename/create behavior.
• Quick Rename retry now preserves the latest Unicode text across retries.
• Viewer Ctrl+F “not found” prompt is now correctly parented to the viewer window.

Known Remaining Issue

• Quick Rename history/dropdown selection can still degrade Unicode text in some edit-box flows.
• Follow-up is tracked here: #40
