Sally 1.0.32

Sally 1.0.32 makes https://sally-filemanager.app/ Sally's official home, and Help now opens the online manual.

Changes

• Official website. The About box shows https://sally-filemanager.app/, and the Help menu has a new Sally Website command. The remaining altap.cz links are gone.
• Online manual. F1 and the Help menu open the matching page of the manual on the website, instead of the old HTML Help (.chm) file. Context help works from dialogs as before.
• Manual updates. The manual names Sally throughout and documents the Theme setting, Windows Terminal, the Web Viewer plugin and current Unicode support.
• Manual sources. The manual's sources move from this repository to the website, which offers them for download. Their history up to 1.0.31 remains in this repository.

Downloads

Portable builds are provided for x64, x86, and ARM64. A consolidated PDB archive and SHA-256 checksum manifest are also attached.

Validation

• Public Release CI passed for x64, x86, and ARM64: https://github.com/0xeb/sally/actions/runs/37410152339
• All three packaged runtimes passed release-artifact verification with 11/11 language packs and zero warnings, and contain the same file set as 1.0.31.
• The released x64 package passed the real-UI regression checks in a clean Windows Sandbox: the About box and Help menu website entries in English and four translations (#119), F5 into an open ZIP (#116), Batch Rename (#117), executable icons (#115), and RAR handling (#114).
• Microsoft Defender reported zero detections across the final ZIP packages and extracted trees on the release machine.

Note

Sally's binaries are not yet Authenticode signed. We are evaluating managed and open-source signing services. If Defender reports a threat, please include the exact threat name, affected contained filename, Protection History details, and Defender engine/intelligence versions.
