Sally 1.0.38 — Toolbar repaint and updater polish

Fixes and improvements

• Keep dark-mode menus and toolbars visible when moving the window off-screen (#134).
• Respect Sally's selected updater language, including English on Windows configured for another language (#135).
• Give the updater Sally's dialog font and blue application icon, with confirmation buttons in the selected language (#136).
• Scale File Comparator's toolbar icons and buttons with the Windows display setting (#137).
• Show a readable Web Viewer message for known initialization failures, including the stage, error code and requested file path or URL (#131).
• Refresh the README's Windows screenshots from the 1.0.38 candidate and identify the older Wine illustration by its actual version.

Continuing work

File Comparator word wrap and a broader plugin DPI audit remain follow-ups for #137. The original SVG failure in #131 still needs the reporter's file; the new diagnostics do not establish its cause. The original thumbnail image/retest for #133 is also pending.

Downloads

Choose the runtime ZIP for x64, x86 or ARM64 and unpack it into a writable folder. Existing users can choose Help > Check For New Versions. The separate PDB archive contains debugging symbols; SHA-256 checksums are provided alongside the ZIPs.
