FnzSafe v0.4.6

Fixes

  • Corrected the built-in Solana mainnet genesis hash so deployment journal loading, contract deployment, upgrades, and network safety checks use the canonical mainnet identifier.
  • Tightened genesis-hash validation to reject truncated values.
  • Fixed compile and deployment log timestamps so recorded event times remain stable while elapsed-time indicators continue updating.
