Added

  • build_mcp_server supports mcp 2.x: targets mcp.server.MCPServer (2.x) with a fallback to mcp.server.fastmcp.FastMCP (1.x); the [mcp] extra is unpinned to mcp>=1.0. Verified against both mcp 1.29.0 and 2.0.0 (stdio smoke + full suite).
  • on_activity callback on build_mcp_server: invoked on every guarded tool call so long-lived stdio launchers can run idle-timeout watchdogs without redefining the tools locally.
