This is a verification-correction release. Runtime behavior from v0.2.0 is unchanged.

The 100,000-node recovery and bounded-status test now builds a graph that satisfies the plugin default shape: exactly two roots and no node with more than five children. It still proves snapshot-plus-ledger restart, 65 subsequent mutations, and a real lattice_status(maxNodes: 3) ToolRuntime response below 5 KB.

Validation: pnpm test (10 passed), pnpm run check, publint, git diff --check, staged TruffleHog, package inspection, and fresh DSH Web-profile install/HTTP 200.
